Please feel free to submit articles and press releases to us. However:
 

• Include only text in the email or send us your copy as an attached document.
  
  
• If you have graphics or photographs which we could use please indicate what is available and we will arrange for you to send what we require separately. This prevents our mail box being jammed with large files or else your email being blocked as potential spam.
